How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired items, choose size and color, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they enter processing. Once processing has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How long does order processing take?
Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
What are business days?
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Once processing is completed, your order is handed over to the carrier and shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 9 to 15 business days, depending on your location and local carrier operations.
Do weekends and holidays count toward delivery time?
No. Only business days are counted by carriers.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment. During peak seasons (such as holidays), updates may be slower due to high logistics demand.
🔎 Tracking Orders
When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent automatically by email once your order is handed over to the carrier.
My order says “awaiting details.” What does this mean?
This means your order is still in processing and has not yet been assigned a tracking number.

Why are there delays during holidays?
During periods such as Christmas, New Year, and major holidays, carriers experience:

What is your return policy?
We follow applicable consumer laws, including the EU 14-day cooling-off period, when applicable. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Why was my order flagged for verification?
Some orders are randomly flagged by our security system to prevent fraud.
What information may be required?
We may request a photo of the card used for purchase (with only the last 4 digits visible) to confirm ownership. All sensitive information must be covered.
